We never write about food, but last week a new restaurant "
ValeFritz im Dakini's" opened it's doors in Zurich, that was mind blowing. The atmosphere was warm and cosy, the menu composed out of fresh ingredients, arranged in a very creative way, served by charming waiters. This all enjoyed in a room filled with contemporary art from David Renggli, Kerim Seiler, Andro Wekua and others. We fell in love.
