One of the bravest food projects in town, the ValeFritz Restaurant is coming to an end on christmas. Called the only avantgardist in town, Vale serves each week a new food adventure, accompanied by fine wine and a cosy atmosphere. We will miss the surprising flavour and texture compositions, the aesthetic presentation and a place that made you feel at home. Other then trying to eat there as many times as possible for the time left, we can only wait for a new ValeFritz Restaurant.
